Communications Technology

Audio and/or video recording of plenary sessions and workshops is prohibited. Please plan to mute mobile phones and other devices during presentations.

Photo permission

We will be taking photos at this event. By attending, you give permission to use images taken at the conference, as well as any written comments on our evaluation forms, in the educational, professional, or fund-raising activities of SHIFT NC.

Room Temperatures

Conference centers can be cold! Bring a sweater or jacket with you if you tend to get chilly.

Meals and Food Sensitivities

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions that are indicated on your registration form. If you have multiple severe allergies and do not list them all when you register, the hotel may not be able to accommodate you at the last minute.

Refunds, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Refunds, less a $50.00 processing fee, will be given only if SHIFT NC receives cancellations in writing by May 15, 2017. After May 15, 2017, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions are welcome, and can be made without penalty. Contact Melinda DeJongh at 919-226-1880 x108 with questions about refunds, cancellations, and substitutions.

Confirmations

Confirmation of your registration will be sent automatically when you register online. If you have not received confirmation of your registration by Monday, May 15, 2017, please contact Melinda DeJongh at 919-226-1880 x108, as you may not be registered.
